Q1: What are your options for environmentally safe cleaning?
A1: We take every opportunity to make environmentally safe cleaning choices. We clean with reusable, sanitized microfiber cloths and mop heads. We also use biodegradable cleaning solutions. We will reuse garbage bags that haven’t been soiled with wet waste. Lastly, we make sure that blue and green bin materials make it into their appropriate bins for pickup, rather than using one bag for all waste and sending it to landfill.

Q2: Some of my employees / residents have respiratory allergies. What can you do for them?
A2: First, make us aware of their sensitivities. That way, we can make sure the products we bring into your environment don’t compromise anyone’s health. We have access to perfume-free, dye-free and ammonia-free cleaning solutions and to vacuums with hospital-grade HEPA filters.

Q3: We work crazy hours at our office. How late can you come in?
A3: We can come in anytime you need us. Our standard overnight hours are anytime between 6pm and 6am, but if you need us outside those hours, just ask. We are always happy to find a solution.

Q4: Do you do windows?
A4: Absolutely! We routinely clean interior window panes, and as long as we can safely reach them, we will do exteriors as well. Our power washing equipment can handle main floor exteriors in a snap.
